In this regard a proprietor needs to put up a statutorily prescribed warning sign in order to enforce such a prohibition.

If you do obtain a concealed weapon permit, you need to make sure that you follow the rules and regulations pertaining to where you will be able to carry a concealed weapon. You need to understand that the penalties for violating these prohibitions can be very serious. Penalties can range from revocation of your concealed weapon permit to fines to even jail time depending on the violation in question.
